1. Service Overview

A.MBA Future Academy ("the Academy") provides an annual digital education materials subscription service ("the Service") through www.a.mba.

The Service is a purely digital educational product, including:

• 0–16 Character Development Scenario Prompt Library (online access)
• 12+ Global Data Chain & AI Reasoning OS Practical Materials
• "Little Zongbao" Language Aesthetics GPT × Causal Reasoning War Room access
• Six Forces Family Toolkit (digital version)
• Online Learning Community access

2. Subscription Fee

The annual subscription fee is $699 USD / year.

Payment is processed securely through Creem. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with access credentials.

3. Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will immediately receive access to all digital education materials included in the Service. Access credentials will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Subscription is valid for 365 days from the date of payment. All material updates during the subscription period are included at no extra charge.

4. User Obligations

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration information.
• Your account credentials are for personal and family use only. They may not be transferred, rented, sold, or shared with any third party.
• You may not reverse-engineer, bulk-download for redistribution, or use the materials for commercial training purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, text content, GPT prompt libraries, and toolkits provided through the Service are the intellectual property of A.MBA Future Academy. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials. No ownership transfer is implied.

6. Refund Policy

As the Service provides digital products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once payment is completed and access credentials have been delivered. Please review the Service description carefully before purchasing.
